We offer free delivery for all orders over £49.95 within UK Mainland.
To help our customers, we have answered some of the most common questions we get asked about delivery and shipping information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All items are normally dispatched within one working day of the order being placed.
Orders placed before 4pm will be picked, packed and shipped that day (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays). We currently partner with Royal Mail to fulfil the majority of our customer orders, and each order is shipped via standard delivery. This means it may take three working days for your order to be delivered by Royal Mail once despatched.
Do you offer next day delivery?
If you need your order in a hurry, then you can select our Express Delivery option during the checkout process. Express orders are sent with APC Next Day. Orders over 10kg will automatically be sent by APC Next Day.
If you choose this faster delivery service, then your order will be picked, packed and despatched within 24hrs of the order being placed. Orders placed after 4pm cannot be delivered Next Day.
What should I do if I have not yet received my order?
Please note that in some circumstances orders may take slightly longer to dispatch, so in some circumstances please allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive. Once your order has been shipped you will automatically receive an email with tracking information. We will also call you directly if we are shipping parts of your order. If more than four or five working days have passed and you have still not received your order, and we have not been in contact with you directly with an update, then please get in touch with our team directly on 01772 705170, or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details.

Can I collect my order?
Absolutely, you can collect your order in person from our Trade Counter. When placing your order simply select ‘Click & Collect’ and we will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
