Rest assured knowing that all items can be returned with no fuss, for a full refund* within 30 days of purchase.

If items are unwanted, they must be in a resalable condition, which includes sealed original packaging, including tags and must be unused and undamaged.

Please note that the return postage for an unwanted item is to be for paid by the customer. If you request a returns label from Got the Lot, the amount for the postage will be deducted from your refund amount. All returns must be preauthorised by Got the Lot.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered so please retain your proof of postage, you may require it if the returned parcel does not reach us.

In the unlikely event your item has a manufacturing fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we will arrange to replace the item swiftly or refund in full.

If the fault is after the 30 days, we will contact the manufacturer, and they will arrange collection of the product. Please note this could take up to 2 weeks to receive the repaired item back.

Exclusions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as skincare and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
